Shipping & Returns

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

We ship within the United States only.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible shade cloth panels.

• Panels must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition
• Cut, modified, or installed panels cannot be returned
• Change-of-mind returns: the customer pays return shipping
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Shade Cove covers return shipping
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return

To start a return, email orders@shadecove.co with your order number. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

To exchange an item, return the original order under the terms above and place a new order. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
