About Shade Cove
Shade Cove is an online store operated by DezignPop LLC, selling outdoor shade cloth through shadecove.co.
Our current product is a nominal 20 ft × 30 ft black knitted HDPE shade cloth panel, 60 GSM, providing approximately 50–55% shade. The fabric is breathable — air and light rain pass through — and is designed to reduce harsh direct sunlight over patios, gardens, and animal enclosures.
Shipping: Free standard U.S. shipping on all orders. For current processing and delivery times, see our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled panels. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Shade Cove covers return shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
Operator: Shade Cove is operated by DezignPop LLC. Our business and fulfillment address is 475 Littlefield Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080. This is a business and fulfillment location, not a public retail storefront. Walk-in visits are not available.
